green beans 2.5 kg top and tailed
green peas 1 kg
rocket pesto dressing
¾ cup almond lightly roasted
¾ cup cashews lightly roasted
rocket 1 bag
olive oil, salt and pepper
- Blanch green beans keeping them crunchy and still bright green.
- Defrost peas.
- Blend all pesto ingredients and adjust consistency and seasoning to taste.
- Mix beans, peas and pesto together.
